How Payments Work​

  • All payments are in South African Rand (ZAR) and processed through Paystack.
  • Cards (Visa or Mastercard) are the only method that can be saved and auto-charged for recurring renewals.
  • Pay-by-Bank options (such as Ozow Instant EFT) and Capitec Pay are supported for once-off payments — first subscription, gifts, tips, store purchases.
  • Every successful payment creates a downloadable receipt.
  • Members can download billing documents from their account.
  • Creators can track earnings and request payouts to a South African bank account once KYC is approved and earnings have cleared the hold period.
