How PayBru Works
PayBru has a simple flow: a creator creates a community, members join it, PayBru handles payment records and access, and eligible creator earnings can be paid out.
The Flow
1. Create the Community
The creator creates a community page from My Activity > My Communities.
That page is where visitors learn what the community offers and choose whether to join.
2. Add Tiers and Content
In the Manage Portal, creators can:
- Create membership tiers.
- Publish posts.
- Add events.
- Sell store products.
- Configure tips and browser source alerts.
- Connect Discord if they use role automation.
3. Members Join
A member opens the community page, chooses a tier, and pays in ZAR through Paystack.
After payment succeeds, the member can access the benefits for that tier. If Discord is connected, PayBru grants the mapped Discord role automatically.
4. Members Use the Community
Members can use the Client Portal to manage:
- Memberships
- Payments
- Purchases and downloads
- Events
- Support tickets
- Messages
- Profile and notification settings
5. Billing Continues
Recurring memberships are billed on their renewal cycle. If a payment succeeds, access continues. If a payment fails, the member is notified and may need to update payment details.
6. Creators Request Payouts
Creator earnings from memberships, store sales, and tips appear in PayBru. Payouts can be requested after KYC, bank details, and payout requirements are complete.
