Member journeyUse the Client Portal to join communities, manage memberships, review payments, and keep account connections current.

Most member tasks happen in My Activity. Profile, payment details, security, and Connected Accounts live under Resources > My Profile.

Use PayBru to join South African creator communities, follow what they post, support them with tips or gifts, and manage your payments — all in ZAR, in one place.

Journey in This Video​

  • Where to start: open a creator community page or use Resources > Discover.
  • What to do next: complete secure checkout, confirm access in My Memberships, and link Discord under Connected Accounts if the creator uses Discord roles.
  • In the product, use View Tiers on the community page and Join Now on the tier you want.
  • Useful navigation: My Activity > My Memberships, My Activity > My Payments, and Resources > My Profile > Security > Connected Accounts.

What You Can Do​

  • Browse posts, events, store items, and creator updates.
  • Subscribe to one or more communities at the tier that fits you.
  • Send tips through Pay-a-Bru.
  • Gift memberships to friends, named or anonymously.
  • Manage memberships and billing, including upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations.
  • Send messages to creators and other members.
  • Download receipts and review purchases.
  • Receive Discord roles automatically when a community connects Discord.

If the creator uses Discord access, link Discord in Connected Accounts and join the creator's server.
