Requesting a Payout
Request a payout once your earnings have cleared the 7-day hold period.
Before you start
- KYC must be approved.
- Your South African bank account must be saved in Resources > My Profile > Payments.
- You need a positive available balance.
- You can only have one pending payout per community.
Request the payout
- Open My Activity > My Communities.
- Select Manage on the community.
- Go to Revenue > Payments.
- Select View Payouts.
- Select Request Payout.
- Review the amount and bank details.
- Confirm the request.
If KYC is still pending, open the KYC link first and complete verification before trying again.
Track the payout
Your payout moves through these statuses:
- Pending: requested and waiting for review
- Submitted: approved and sent for processing
- Success: paid into your bank account
- Failed: the transfer did not go through
- Canceled: the request was stopped before processing
If bank details are wrong
Update your bank details before submitting another payout request. If a payout fails, contact support and ask for the transfer to be retried after the details are corrected.
