Creator Earnings Visibility

Use Payments in the Manage Portal to track what you have earned and what is ready to withdraw.

What you can see​

  • Total earnings across the community
  • Monthly earnings
  • Earnings by tier
  • Pending balance for funds still in the 7-day hold period
  • Available balance for payout
  • Payout history and statements

Pending vs available​

  • Pending: earnings from payments less than 7 days old
  • Available: earnings that have cleared the hold period

Where to find history​

  • Transaction History shows each payment, amount, type, and status
  • View Payouts shows payout requests and their current status
  • View Statements gives monthly summaries for record-keeping

Fees​

Each payment is reduced by the platform fee and Paystack fee before earnings are credited. The current fee breakdown is:

  • Platform fee: 5%
  • Paystack fee: 2.9% + R1.00
  • VAT: 0%

Refer 10 new signups and your platform fee drops to 2.5% for 6 months.
