Use Revenue > Payments in the Manage Portal to track what you've earned, what's still in hold, and what's ready to withdraw.

What You Can See​

  • Total earnings for the community across all revenue streams.
  • Monthly earnings for the current and previous months.
  • Earnings by tier so you can see which tiers are pulling their weight.
  • Pending balance — funds that are still in the hold period.
  • Available balance — funds that have cleared the hold and can be paid out.
  • Payout history with the date, amount, status, and bank account each payout was sent to.
  • Monthly statements for record-keeping.

Pending vs Available​

AvailableEarnings that have cleared the hold period. This is what you can include in your next payout request.

Where to Find History​

  • Transaction History — every payment, the type (subscription, tip, store, gift), the gross and net, and the status.
  • View Payouts — every payout request, its status, the destination bank account, and the timestamp of each status change.
  • View Statements — monthly roll-ups suitable for record-keeping and reconciliation against your bank account.

How Each Payment Is Reduced​

Before earnings reach your balance, two deductions are applied:

Paystack gateway fee + VATCurrently 2.9% + R1.00 per South African local card transaction, excluding VAT. Pay-by-Bank methods such as Ozow EFT and Capitec Pay can use different Paystack pricing. Paystack also charges VAT on its processing fee.

PayBru's 5% fee does not add VAT on top.

Reduced Platform Fee Through Referrals​

Refer 10 paid signups through your referral link and your platform fee drops to 2.5% for 6 months on subscriptions. Find your link in Resources > My Profile > Referrals.

Refunds and Adjustments​

When a payment is refunded, the refunded amount is deducted from your pending or available balance. If the funds were already paid out, the next payout makes up the difference. Refunds, chargebacks, and adjustments all appear in your transaction history with a clear status so you can reconcile.
