Downloading Billing Documents

Receipts and statementsMembers download receipts and personal statements from My Activity > My Payments. Community owners download community statements from the Manage Portal.

Each PDF is a clear proof of payment in ZAR — not a SARS tax invoice for the creator's supply.

Receipts and statements are available in your PayBru account as PDF files.

Find Your Documents

  1. Log in to PayBru.
  2. Open the Client Portal.
  3. Go to My Activity > My Payments.

You will see your payment history, with receipts and statements available where relevant.

Download a Receipt

  1. In the Receipts section, find the transaction you need. You can filter by date or community.
  2. Click on the receipt to view its details.
  3. Select Download PDF to save a copy to your device.

Use the date filter to find a specific month faster.

Download a Monthly Statement

  1. Open the Statements section.
  2. Select the month you need.
  3. Click Download PDF.

Only community owners can download community statements.

Bulk Downloads

  1. Go to the Receipts or Statements section.
  2. Select the date range you need.
  3. Use Download All if it is available.

What the PDF Contains

Billing PDFs include:

  • PayBru branding and logo
  • Document number
  • Date and billing period
  • Itemised charges in ZAR
  • Fee breakdown (platform fee and gateway fee)
  • Payment provider details (Paystack)

PayBru receipts are designed as proof of payment. They're not SARS-compliant tax invoices for the creator's supply — see Understanding Charges for the VAT detail. If you need a formal tax invoice from the creator, contact the creator directly.
