Messaging Creators

Use Messages when you need to talk directly to a creator.

Open Messages​

  1. Open the Client Portal.
  2. Select Messages.

Message a Creator​

  1. Open the creator conversation.
  2. Write your message.
  3. Send it.

Reply in a Conversation​

  • Open the thread you want to continue.
  • Reply with the detail the creator needs.
  • Keep messages short and clear.

Read Tier Broadcasts​

  • Some creators send updates to a whole tier.
  • Read those messages the same way you read direct conversations.

When to Use Get Help Instead​

  • Use Get Help for payment issues, access problems, or anything that needs PayBru support.
  • Use Messages for creator-specific questions.
