Purchases and Downloads

Use My Purchases to review store orders and download digital items.

Open Purchases and Downloads​

  1. Open the Client Portal.
  2. Go to My Activity > My Purchases.

My Purchases keeps your store orders and downloads in one place

Read the Summary​

  • The summary cards show recent orders and active purchases.
  • Use the filters to find a specific order.

Review Your Orders​

  • Open an order to see the product, amount, and status.
  • Check the payment state when an order is still processing.

Download Digital Products​

  • Open the order or product entry.
  • Select the download action.
  • Save the file to your device.

View Physical Product Details​

  • Open the order to see shipping or fulfilment details.
  • Use the order information if you need to contact the creator.

Order Statuses​

  • Pending means the payment is still being confirmed.
  • Completed means the product is ready or already delivered.
  • Refunded means the order was reversed.
