Using Your Dashboard

Your dashboard is the fastest way to see what changed and where to go next.

Open the Dashboard​

  1. Sign in to the Client Portal.
  2. Land on the Dashboard page.

What You See First​

  • Recent Posts shows new content from communities you joined.
  • Recent Transactions shows payment activity and support-related items.
  • Recent Purchases shows products you bought.
  • Quick Actions takes you to memberships, payments, events, and support.

Use It Well​

  1. Check Recent Posts for updates.
  2. Open My Memberships when you want to change access.
  3. Open My Payments when you want to review charges.
  4. Open Support when something needs help.

What the Dashboard Does Not Do​

  • It is not the full content library.
  • It is not the checkout flow.
  • It is not where you change creator settings.
