Managing Your Membership

You control your memberships from the PayBru dashboard.

Viewing Active Memberships

Go to My Activity > My Memberships to see:

  • The communities you belong to
  • Your current tier and price
  • Your subscription duration and next renewal date
  • Discord role status, if connected

Upgrading or Downgrading

  1. Open the membership from My Activity > My Memberships.
  2. Select Manage or open the community tiers.
  3. Select the new tier.
  4. Confirm the change.
  • Upgrades charge the price difference immediately.
  • Downgrades start at the next renewal date.

Cancelling a Membership

  1. Open the membership from My Activity > My Memberships.
  2. Select Cancel Membership.
  3. Confirm the cancellation.

Your access continues until the end of the current paid period.

Membership Statuses

StatusMeaning
PendingInitial state before the first payment completes
ActivePayment successful, full access granted
PastDuePayment failed, still inside the 3-day grace period
CanceledYou cancelled, access continues until the paid period ends
EndedMembership ended and access was removed

Gift Memberships

  • You can accept a gift from My Memberships.
  • Gifts must be accepted within 30 days.

Rating a Community

  • If your membership is active, you can rate the community from My Memberships.

Failed Payments

  • Failed payments change your status to PastDue.
  • Access continues during the 3-day grace period.
  • PayBru does not automatically retry the payment.

Resubscribing

  1. Open the creator's page or My Memberships.
  2. Pick a tier and duration.
  3. Complete payment.
  4. Access and Discord roles return immediately.
