Managing Your Membership
You control your memberships from the PayBru dashboard.
Viewing Active Memberships
Go to My Activity > My Memberships to see:
- The communities you belong to
- Your current tier and price
- Your subscription duration and next renewal date
- Discord role status, if connected

Upgrading or Downgrading
- Open the membership from My Activity > My Memberships.
- Select Manage or open the community tiers.
- Select the new tier.
- Confirm the change.
- Upgrades charge the price difference immediately.
- Downgrades start at the next renewal date.
Cancelling a Membership
- Open the membership from My Activity > My Memberships.
- Select Cancel Membership.
- Confirm the cancellation.
Your access continues until the end of the current paid period.
Membership Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Initial state before the first payment completes |
| Active | Payment successful, full access granted |
| PastDue | Payment failed, still inside the 3-day grace period |
| Canceled | You cancelled, access continues until the paid period ends |
| Ended | Membership ended and access was removed |
Gift Memberships
- You can accept a gift from My Memberships.
- Gifts must be accepted within 30 days.
Rating a Community
- If your membership is active, you can rate the community from My Memberships.
Failed Payments
- Failed payments change your status to PastDue.
- Access continues during the 3-day grace period.
- PayBru does not automatically retry the payment.
Resubscribing
- Open the creator's page or My Memberships.
- Pick a tier and duration.
- Complete payment.
- Access and Discord roles return immediately.
