Setting Up Memberships

Use Tiers to create the membership levels your community will buy.

Create a Tier​

  1. Open the Manage Portal.
  2. Select Tiers.
  3. Select Create Tier.
  4. Enter the tier name and details.

Set the Price​

  • Choose a monthly price that matches the value you offer.
  • Use clear round numbers.
  • Keep the middle tier as your main offer.

Set Subscription Options​

  • Allow the durations you want to sell.
  • Add discounts only when they make sense.
  • Keep the pricing structure easy to understand.

Add Benefits​

  • Write the benefits in plain language.
  • Keep the list short and specific.
  • Include the access members will actually use.

Connect Discord Roles​

  • Map each tier to the correct Discord role.
  • Make sure the bot can manage those roles.
  • Test the role sync before launch.

Edit or Remove a Tier​

  • Edit a tier when you need to update benefits or pricing.
  • Delete a tier only if no active members are still using it.
