Managing Reviews and Testimonials

Use reviews to learn what members value and highlight good feedback.

Open Reviews​

  1. Open the Manage Portal.
  2. Select Reviews.

Read the Review Summary​

The summary cards show how many reviews are waiting, approved, or hidden.

Filter Reviews​

  • Filter by approval status.
  • Filter by rating when you want the strongest testimonials.

Approve or Reject Reviews​

  • Approve a review to make it visible.
  • Reject it if it is spam, off topic, or unsuitable.

Respond to Reviews​

  • Use replies to thank the member or add context.
  • Keep responses short and respectful.

Feature Testimonials​

  • Feature the reviews that best explain your community.
  • Replace older testimonials when better ones appear.

Review Habits​

  • Check reviews regularly.
  • Use a few strong testimonials instead of showing everything.
