Manage Portal Navigation

The Manage Portal is where you manage your community.

Open the Manage Portal

  1. Sign in.
  2. Open My Communities.
  3. Select a community.
  4. Open Manage Portal.

The dashboard is the starting point for creator tasks

Main Areas

  • Members - see subscription status and access.
  • Moderators - invite helpers and set permissions.
  • Tiers - create and edit membership plans.

Revenue

  • Payments - review billing and payment history.
  • Tips - track Brus tips and live alerts.
  • Payouts - check balances and payout history.

Engagement

  • Posts - publish content and manage playlists.
  • Events - create events and track RSVPs.
  • Insights - review revenue, growth, and ratings.

Support and Settings

  • Support - view support tickets and refund requests.
  • Reviews - read and manage community reviews.
  • Browser Source - copy the live stream alert URL.
  • Settings - edit community details, modules, and permissions.

Common Tasks

  • Open Dashboard when you are not sure where to go.
  • Use Preview Community to check the public page.
  • Use the left sidebar to move between tasks.
  • Return to Dashboard for a quick status check.
