Use Insights to see how your community is performing.

Open Insights​

  1. Open the Manage Portal.
  2. Select Insights.

Read the Top Metrics​

The top cards show the main numbers you need at a glance.

  • Check monthly revenue for upward or downward movement.
  • Use the trend to spot good posting or pricing changes.

Review Member Growth​

  • Watch total members and paying members over time.
  • Look for sudden drops after price or content changes.

Review Ratings and Recent Reviews​

  • Read the latest reviews to see what members like.
  • Watch for repeated comments or concerns.

Use Member Metrics​

  • Use active and past due counts to spot access issues.
  • Compare engagement with revenue to see what is working.

What to Look For​

  • Stable growth.
  • Strong content peaks.
  • Changes after launches or pricing updates.
